That is a really good philosiphy to go by :)
I would like to focus on portraits for a while, especialy as the weather outdoors is overcast lately, which isnt very good for landscape photos.

yea over cast would make for some muddy looking scenic photographs. but remeber if you got CS2 you also have a RAW editor :) which i am sure comes in handy in all types of photography
